Add Vivotek NVR to NX

Hi.

I have added a Vivotek NVR to our nx to be able to view all our cameras from one app.

All the channels are still locked. under edit credentials do i enter the user/pass that is in the cameras, or the user/pass of the nvr? ( i

Hi Chris, I beleive that VIVOTEK do not support streaming to Nx Witness at the moment. Please contact VIVOTEK for further confirmation > https://vivotek.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new

Hi chris gill,

Currently, there are no known supported VIVOTEK NVRs in our supported device list.
However, typically the NVR credentials are the credentials to add to the VMS.
I did notice something else, and that is that the device is discovered/added as a multisensor device, instead of a DVR/NVR.
