define bitrate and resolution of main and sub stream in Nx client

I've heard many users asking why they cannot define bitrate and resolution themselves. Almost every Si used to have this function so maybe we can add it on Nx Witness? It is a necessary function.

  Hi Andy,
  Basically our main point here was to make our user's life much easier. It's like in iphone where you don't have to make extra settings and don't have to read too many manuals to start working.
  But as additional settings it may be reasonable not to use default options. We've add your request to a meeting roadmap.

  Hi Andy Wen,

  I realize this is an old question - but those features are now part of Nx Witness, through the Recording tab and Advanced tab of the Camera Settings menu. Check out the latest version if you haven't yet.
