Text overlay while exporting

I think we can add the feature that put some text overlay while exporting just like the date-time overlay.
While users choose the text overlay, system asks them the text content, text size and text color.
It will be very helpful for ASIA market especially China.

  Hi Andy - I believe Bookmarks - coming out in 2.4 - will provide this functionality.
