Nx Cloud Failed connection

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble with connecting via cloud user to multiple servers that aren't related to one other

This is the message I'm getting 

(I know for a fact the cardinals are correct)

And after a few times of trying to get in, I'm getting this message :

  Another thing, on the server itself it seems like the service is running :

  Hello Lital,

  There were some issues with cloud around 12 pm CET today, please check if the issue still persists.
