No longer receiving iOS push notifications for NX Witness

The iOS NX Witness app on my iPhone stopped receiving any Apple push notifications. It's been like this for about three days. My partner who has an Android phone is still receiving notifications OK. Rules are in place in NX Witness desktop and targeting both my account and my partner's account. I have checked that notifications are switched on both within the NX Witness iOS app and within Apple's own notification toggle in the NX Witness section of Settings.
Environment
iOS 17.2
iPhone 13 Pro
NX Witness app 23.2.37408 (rev e63f4b376a34)
NX Witness server app5.1.1.37512 running on Windows 11 Pro server connected to PoE switch.
Network topology: iOS app being used on Wi-Fi via Eero Wi-Fi routers. Server PC and 8 Hikvision cameras connected to 18 port PoE network switch.
Reproduction scenario
- Create alert rules in NX Witness that target a user with an iPhone.
- Perform an event that should generate an alert
- Observe whether an Apple push alert comes through.
Expected result:
- An Apple push alert should come through.
Actual result:
- No Apple push alert is received.
