NX1 NVR HDMI connection

With the HDMI connection on the NX1 NVR, am I able to connect a monitor and view a live camera connected to it after being set up with NX witness? I have a monitor connected and it is asking me for user login and password, none of the users I have setup with NX witness works. Is there a default user and password for this?

The Nx1 is an ARM SBC in a box and is running a headless operating system (OS), and consequently, you only can access the OS, and there isn't a Desktop Client running on the device, just the server application.
The Nx1 is end-of-life for quite a few years now, but if I recall it correctly, you could use root + your admin password or admin + admin password and this gives you access to the OS.
You might consider replacing the hardware one day, so you can use the latest and greatest version of our VMS.
You can deactivate the licenses in the devices and activate them on your new hardware.0
