DS-7604NXI-K1 only displaying 1 channel

Hi, I was hoping anyone could help us out with the following:
We have a Hikvsion DS-7604NXI-K1 NVR, which we would like to use with NetworkOptix.
3 camera's are attached to the PoE ports of the hikvision NVR and show online, however in NetworkOptix only 1 of the camera's is shown (1 camera twice)
NX version:  5.1.1.37512
NVR firmware: V4.76.005 build 231012

I can add the camera's using RTSP, but then I can't use the encoder license purchased.
