NX Witness Mobile slow connect when signed in to Nx Cloud

Hi, 

I'm experiencing a strange behaviour with the NX Witness Mobile iOS app (currently using 23.2.23408).

If the user is not signed in to Nx Cloud, connection to the server is nearly instant after the app has been opened. This is the same if the device is connecting to the server via WiFi or if connecting via 5G through corporate Wireguard VPN. 

However, if the user is signed in to Nx Cloud on his phone to receive mobile push notifications, it takes much longer until a connection is established. This also happens if the device is on the same network as the server were the connection was instant when not signed in. 

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this?
