Unable to update nx1 server to latest version

nx1 server is running v4.0.0.29987 and network connection is set to DHCP on a network with an internet line.

I have two identical units, both with the exact same issue.

I've restored the settings to factory defaults - didn't help.

 

NX Desktop Client is indicating the below:

 

Time Synchronization on the server is working fine (which indicates that it's got internet?)

 

The server's web interface is dodgy and doesn't always load pages properly nor apply settings correctly, I've tried to load it on Chrome, Firefox, Brave and am getting similar behaviour throughout.

Any advice on how to resolve this issue please?

  Hi Hank Pronkhorst,

  The behavior is an expected result since we have stopped to support Nx1 for software upgrades(EOL) since v4.1.

  I was wondering if that might've been the case...

  Is it possible to manually upgrade them to the latest 5.1?

  Or would I at least be able to upgrade these machines to the latest version supported manually? You said that 4.1 is when support ended but they're running 4.0.0.29987.

  Hi Hank Pronkhorst,

  I regret to inform you that there's no corresponding package released since v4.1. The last version that Nx could install is the 4.0 version. So it is reasonable that your Nx1 is working with 4.0.0.29987 still.
