NX Witness Trail License is not activated

I did the download and Installed the NX Witness Trial license is not activated.
I am getting the below message.
Failed to activate free license
If your System does not have access to the Internet, please send the provided License Key and Hardware ID to your Regional /License support to receive the activation file
