Increased memory usage on v5.0.0.36634
CompletedHi Team,
We are still having issues with increased memory usage on v5.0.0.36634 (previous post from my colleague). The graph below is of an Ubuntu 20.04 VM running NX Witness Server.
We performed the upgrade at the time of the red line on the graph and although the amount of time taken to get to 0.5G free memory has taken slightly longer, it is still dropping below expected levels (compared to previous versions of NX).
All of the sharp spikes are due to a restart of the NX service.

There are currently 87 cameras on this server with 14GB memory allocated.

Hi Devvon Monahan,
That you for the heads-up. If you didn't update to 5.1.1.37512 yet, could you do this, and verify the issue.
I know there have been some fixes regarding memory consumption in the versions between 5.0 and 5.1.1.The download packages and in-client update credentials can be found HERE.
If the issue persists after the update, please let us know, and we'll transfer this topic into a support ticket and our support team will investigate the issue together with you.
