CIFS: VFS: \\10.xxx.xxx.xxx has not responded in 180 seconds
CompletedGood day guys,
I am having issues when utilizing CIF Storage hosted on Synology NAS. Upon adding, everything works fine until the shared storage breaks, viewing and recording stopped working and all recording will failover to write on the local storage(which is not what we intended).

Logging in to the VM, we can see logs such as CIFS: VFS: \\10.xxx.xxx.xxx has not responded in 180 seconds
Currently the only fix is to restart the VM, which is also undesirable as there will be lapse in the recording.
The SMB server on Synology is working fine for all other servers utilizing it. No firewall rule blocks this specific VM to prevent the connection from happening.
Not sure if anyone else is having this issue.
Looking forward to having assistance regarding this.
Thank you!
