Only some bookmarks are rendering in NX Witness Client

Hi,

Server version: 5.0.0.36634

We have a camera with hundreds and hundreds of bookmarks that were created as a result of rules set up on the camera.

The timeline renders the bookmarks from when they were set up (31st July) to the 15th August although there are multiple bookmarks every day from the 15th to today.

If I zoom into the timeline on say the 28th, then the bookmarks will load in.

If I zoom out again, those bookmarks will disappear and I'll only be able to see what I can see on the first screenshot - from the 31st July - 15th August.

I can confirm the bookmarks exist by looking at the bookmarks tab on the right side and scrolling through - 

I have tested trying to render the full timeline of bookmarks on multiple operating systems and they both cut off on the same day (15th August). Is this a limitation of the client or some sort of server performance issue - how do the bookmarks get rendered?

Is there any way to shift the bookmarks from the oldest bookmarks to the newest bookmarks so I can see them at a glance in one go?

  Hi Devvon Monahan,

  This is the displaying issue for a large number of bookmarks and it has been fixed in the v5.1 version. Could you please upgrade the server and let us know if it helps?
