No object detection

Hello,
I'm trying to setup Acusense Human intrusion detection on our Nx without succcess, on some cameras the event never reach Nx VMS and on some other cams the objects events shown by Nx are false alerts (or bad timestamps?)
All the cams are the same and ordered from the same supplier. All firmwares are the same (latest)
Nx 5.1.0.37133
Hikvision DS-2CD2346G2-I and a few -IU
V5.7.13
Is there something I'm missing on the configuration part?

You can see on the compatibility page that not all the events are accessible via the Hik API :
In order to have Nx Witness Object events, the camera has to send a pic (either you only have yellow parts on the timeline but zero events).
You can too search on the camera rules to check when you select Analytics event and the right camera if the Event type selection box is filled with different events :

I checked compatibility page and "Object intrusion" is listed
On "Camera rules" page as well I can see those:
- Analytics Objects Detected / Person
- Analytics Event / Intrusion detection start
But none of those sets an object event in the VMS :(

You have to configured the action on the tight part of the panel. For testing you can select "Display a desktop notification" (actually i can see that you have Send a notification but the user has a orange panel)

I have "Send mobile notification" on 1st rule
and "Bookmark" on 2nd rule, but nothing triggers, bookmarks remain empty

use the "Analytics Event" rule.
do not use the "Analytics Object Detected" rule. It has poor support from Hikvion SDK / Nx Hik plugin.
