When 5.1 client launches with a layout the sync button is disabled (or unchecked)

After upgrading a few systems to 5.1.0.37133, when the client launches with a layout preloaded the sync button is always disabled (or unchecked). This wasn't the behavior in 5.0 and earlier releases.

The sync button works normally otherwise. If loading a single camera or loading a layout manually after launch the sync button is automatically active. Is this an issue across the board or just a bug in the DWS release?

  I also have noticed this. Every time you open the client its no longer selected.

  Hi Sen Haerens, David Estabrook and Jeff Jones,

  Our developer was aware of the issue already:
  - After saving the layout, the SYNC button will get disabled.
  - After reconnecting to the system, the saved layout will be launched with the SYNC button disabled.

  The fix has been merged into the code branch, ideally, v5.1.2 should include it.
