HikVision recording

To our Nx Witness we have connected HikVision DS-2DE4A404IW-DE and SAFIRE SF-IPSD5104I-2P.
When we enable recording on both types of camera only the SAFIRE cameras will save data. In server -> storage analytics only the Safire camera shows. We have working paid licenses for recording.
I cannot find any differences to the settings of the two types of camera. Both cameras are activated for "continuous" recording.
Any ideas why the HikVision cameras will not record?
