NxWitness does not work on touch screen

Hi, can anyone assist with the problem with NxWitness client. We installed on touch screen PC without the availability of a keyboard and mouse, now the problem we are facing is all the buttons on the screen are non-clickable by touch screen.

I've noticed this as well on a Panasonic Toughpad. Extremely odd app behaviour. Must be something to do with how the app was developed. Just like normal windows app features do not work on NX Witness. Like dragging title bar to make full screen.

The Nx Witness Desktop client isn't designed to work with touch screens, and mouse and keyboard are required to control the Desktop client.0 -
