NX Witness Merged servers sending traffic to each other on port 7001 , is it possible to stop this and keep the traffic only from each server to Merged System server?

Hello ,
We have NX servers in different locations(branches) that are merged to one NX System server in headquarter.
We have noticed that there is traffic happening on port 7001 between the branches .
Is it possible to stop this traffic and keep traffic only between branch server and HQ NX server?
