Admin password not working

Hi all,

We use NX witness 4.2.32840 on a local server at our work. 

Admin password no longer works for a few days already, we are thinking somehow it was changed but no one knows.

We are able to log in with non-super user.

Is there a way we can retrieve or reset our admin password?
