Server Crashing / Grinding to a halt HDD/SSD Slowing Down

Hi

Could someone assist with the attached logs please.  Client cameras are constantly going off/on or disconnecting from the server.

Server has approx 80camera/device channels, recording at 10fps 1080p with the exception of 8 at 25fps 1080p

    Thank god I'm not the only one. I have the same exact problem.

    System is on VMs on a Lenovo SR550 with Intel Silver CPU on RAID. I have 2x VMs running a total of 150 cameras in the system.

    I have tried reducing FPS , bitrates and encoding settings on various cameras and it still has the same issue

    Cameras are all Hikvisions
