HTTP Action - failed communication

Is there a method to receive visual notification of a failed HTTP/S event from a Soft Trigger like  a Notification panel alert. 

 

Does the API look for a response other than 200 or 201 and acknowledge a failed communication in Spectrum ?

  Currently, such an option doesn't exist in our VMS.
