    Hi Bas Kraak,

    May I know do you connect to the Nx System with the account rather than the owner user role?

    Please note that only the owner account could connect the Nx System to the Nx Cloud.

    How stupid of me. I thought as an administrator I would be able to. Now logged in as the admin and it works. Thank you very much. And thank you for pointing out the user roles and permissions.

    I also had this issue on a Server running Windows Server 2019. The Internet on Site is Starlink, and the solution i found was to disable IPv6.
