Nx Witness Axis NVR Support (S3008)

Hi, 

We have multiple axis cameras and multiple axis nvrs. We are trying to combine all with Nx Witness and monitor our system over Nx Cloud. 

Nx server and client, NVRs (Axis S3008) and Axis cameras are in same network. Nx Witness Client can recognize Axis Cameras without problem but it sees NVRs as camera. 

Can we connect these NVRs and view recordings from NVRs over Nx Witness?

  Hi Recep YILDIZ,

  According to this page from axis website : https://help.axis.com/fr-fr/axis-s3008 , your NVR has a web page.

  By cheking on Supported Device on NX, this NVR is not referenced :

   

  I think the best solution for you is to create a Web Page on Nx with the NVR's IP address. I see that you want to use it via Nx Cloud, don't forget to check the box to enable the server acts as a proxy :)

  Hi Vincent,

  Yes, there is a webpage of NVR device as expected. But wouldn't be more excited to see previous recordings from Nx Witness Client? Web interface of NVR might not be user friendly so using Nx Witness is our priority for now. 
  
  Regarding to my previous tickets, I got the information of adding NVRs and viewing their recordings is possible on Nx Witness Client.

  Hi Recep YILDIZ,

  As I've said, you are NOT able to view the recording that is stored in the NVR itself. Nx client could only pull the archive that the Nx server stores.
  Only some specific NVR models of Hanwha support this feature(view footage that is stored in NVR).
