increase inputs signal in camera

We have a PTZ camera brand milesight which has 4 signal inputs to be able to make integrations with dry contacts.

The camera was integrated with Network optix and is using the event rules to generate movements in the camera.

in the event "inputs signal in camera" there are only 2 inputs.

Is there any way to have 4 inputs to manage the PTZ camera inputs?

  During the initialization process, the camera provides information about the number of digital inputs, and this data exchange occurs through the ONVIF standard.
  The issue appears to be related to the camera itself. And you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
