Wrong Vendor and Model Number showing prevents Plugin tab from showing.

I have this on multiple sites where with Provision cameras the camera Name shows up as the model, and the model shows up as the vendor. i have confirmed with Onvif Device manager that Onvif shows the correct information, its just in the VMS software that i can see this. I have one site with about 17 cameras and only a few of them do this, all the same model and same firmware. Currently the system is on version 5.0.0.36871, this is happening on a Windows 10 Pro server and a Ubuntu server running 20.04 i believe.

No Plugins Tab on this one. Shows the camera name as the model and Model as the Vendor

This one shows the plugins tab. Everything looks the same about these cameras on the camera side, just in the VMS its showing the wrong info.

Hello David,
I'm guessing the main difference is the build number of VMS. There was a bug introduced around February 17-28 and fixed late April 2023 in 5.0 branch. Our latest 5.1 release shouldn't have this issue, so I'd recommend updating your system with this problem to 5.1 release.

Hello, updated to 5.1 and still having this issue. Now instead of the device name Showing as the Model, it shows ONVIF as the model and the Camera Model as the manufacturer.

This camera at the same site which is a different model has the camera plugin show up fine.

On Another site it still shows the incorrect information. Just the Camera Name as the Model.
