    Hi @...,

    Please follow the below instructions for troubleshooting:

    1. Check the firmware version of Nx Witness and the NVR.
    The latest Nx Witness version is 4.2.0, if your Nx Witness is running the latest version, you could first try to update the Nx Witness to the latest release.
    Check: https://my.networkoptix.com/#/download
    Please also make sure your NVR is running on the latest firmware as well.

    2. Check the NVR ONVIF setting and account permission.
    Please make sure you have enabled the NVR ONVIF function, and give permission to your account.
    You may follow this ARTICLE for basic ONVIF troubleshooting.

    3. Provide the RTSP and HTTP port forward.
    If you found the issue persists after you have done all the above, it is likely we need to have direct access to your devices to have further investigation.
    If you agree to provide direct access for us, I will convert this post into our ticket system for you to provide sensitive information.

    Dear Anderson,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    The Nx version is latest - 4.2.0. I will recheck the nvr onvif setting following the article you have shared ( we don't have frequent access the device as it is in office and we are most working from home, hence the delay)

    We can provide you direct access to the NVR to do further investigation.
