Analytics Scenario labelling issues on Axis Cameras

Hello. I have 4 axis camera running Axis object analytics. When i go to create rules NX only gives me the labels of one cameras scenarios across all four cameras as seen in the photo the camera i am trying to create a rule for gives me the scenario options for a different camera. IE driveway camera getting power camera's scenarios

the rules do work using the mislabelled scenarios but when it send notifications the title is the common scenario, but it does seem to identify the actual scenario also. it doesn't really affect the performance of the system , however i have a client who does not want it to happen and requires uniformity in labelling.

Any guidance would be tremendous

    I'm not 100% sure what you mean.

    The way I interpreted your screenshots is that you:

    Created a rule for:

    Action: Analytics Event -> Camera Driveway -> Object Analytics: Power Int
    Event: Show Desktop Notification

    and:

    Action: Analytics Event -> Camera Power Driveway -> Object Analytics: Power LC in
    Event: Show Desktop Notification

    I also see these events in the notification screenshot, so I'm not sure what has to be changed.

    Or do you mean that you have multiple (4) Axis cameras, all with different analytics options, but all these analytics options are displayed for all 4 cameras, even when the applicable analytics option isn't available for that specific model?

    Hi Norman. the last option i think. using the first notification in the screen shot as an example, DW LC out is the name of the scenario in that camera, but the rules creator gives me scenario names from a different camera. ie Power Driveway.

    The screenshot you shared doesn't represent the issue you described, or I don't understand it correctly.

    Is it possible to get remote access to the system for further analysis?
    Either as a cloud user or through TeamViewer? If this is the case, I'll open a ticket for you to share the information confidentially.
