    Hi Gordon Remmington,

    There are no known issues between Acti cameras and Nx Witness.

    Please start your troubleshooting HERE with some initial Onvif troubleshooting.
    If all is good, please check THIS article for some guidance regarding Network Issues.
    Often such issues could be reduced or eliminated by reducing the bandwidth and/or frame rate.

    If it remains mysterious, Wireshark is the tool to use to analyze the issue. Check THIS support article how to capture the correct communication.
