Lost footage
AnsweredI seem to have lost access to footage after updating to the latest version.
I have 5 cameras via poe switch to a mini PC, storage via Synology NAS with 5TB.
In the storage analytics I can see one camera has 29GB of used space but only 2d17hrs in calender days. All cameras show 2d17hrs and looking back through the logs it lines up with a restart which is from the firmware update.
Is there anything I can check or restart? The NAS is still connected and no files have been deleted, I have restarted both the server and the NAS.

Is the trash bin disabled for the media storage?

Yes, trash bin is disabled. I'm not too concerned as its just my home setup but I did have about 3 months of footage that has gone.
It does look like the files have been deleted, I had some power issues with the NAS and the UPS so I will look into that a bit more.

When you head to the Server Settings menu, tab Storage Management you can find a button called Reindex Archive. When you select this option, the storage will be indexed again and existing footage will be reindexed and becomes availble in the timeline.
