The camera cannot control ptz on vms, but ptz functions normally on onvif device managerdm

 

vms auto search can find this device; VMS can also be added

  Is the device discovered as an PTZ in Nx, and it cannot be controlled, or isn't it discovered as an PTZ at all?

  Either way, are you able to make the device accessible via port forwarding? If so, we'll convert the topic into a private ticket for further investigation in our test environment.
