Analytic LPR events stopping after 1st event - Hikvision LPR - DW 4.2.0.32660

Hi,

We only get 1 or 2 events from an LPR camera once it is added. We are running DW Spectrum 4.2.0.32660. The last 2 builds or so knocked out the ability to get LPR bookmarks.

Any ideas?

  Hi abraham sichrman,

  The issue you mentioned should be resolved in 4.2.0.32840

  You can do an in-client upgrade with the following credentials:

  Build Number: 32840
  Password: ld5xsd

  Thank you for the response.

  This will not work for DW Spectrum. This build is not recognized.

  You're right. I'm used to the Nx Witness environment and therefore I automatically shared the Nx Witness credentials.
