NX1 unable to connect

Hi,

Recently my NX1 failed to connect.

This does not work on it's webpage nor can i reach it on the local network. it pings but thats it.

when connecting straight to the device i can logon to it.

Nothing has changed on my network config.

has this anything todo with the fact they are discontinued or ?

  Hi @...,

  Since you can ping it, it seems to be sort of alive.

  Two options:

  First option: Access the device via SSH and check if the Nx Witness daemon is running.
  If not try to restart the daemon. Also, you could try to reinstall the Nx Witness mediaserver application with this LINK.

  Second option: Format the disk in ext4 format put it back in the Nx1 and allow the system to rebuild the system.
