    Hi @...,

    Since you can ping it, it seems to be sort of alive.

    Two options:

    First option: Access the device via SSH and check if the Nx Witness daemon is running.
    If not try to restart the daemon. Also, you could try to reinstall the Nx Witness mediaserver application with this LINK.

    Second option: Format the disk in ext4 format put it back in the Nx1 and allow the system to rebuild the system.
