Analytic events not being recognised on new version of NX (4.2)

Since upgrading to the new production version of NX, analytic events from my LPR cameras (Hikvision) are no longer being recognised/processed.
Anyone else experiencing the same?

It sounds like a bug we recently discovered and are working on hard to resolve.
As discussed via our other communication channel, you rolled back the system and therefore further investigation on your system isn't possible.JIRA-VMS-22719

The system is open for testing. Rollback will take some time in a multi-server environment, will potentially cause more issues.

Good Morning. Are there any updates? I have a mountain of elderly people now complaining because they can no longer user LPR and now how have to use the fingerprint sensor to enter. Overly covid sensitive I know, but this doesn't stop the complaints.
I would understand if this was a pre-release beta but I did an update to a stable version that was promoted within NX. Had there been an easy way to rollback this would not be as much of an issue, but in my multi server environment this will be complex and if things go wrong we might end up with no working CCTV.
Im not sure what to do going forward, keep spare server un-updated for emergencies kinda like a hot spare drive in a NAS?

Issue was resolved with the latest hotfix.
