black screen at startup / no respense

since a couple days the software is not starting anymore. We only get a black image of NX and task manager shows "no response".
I was not able to found something in this forum.
I create an Dump file from task manager and hope you can find the problem. We already update all devices to newest version.

Please send us a video of your screen, where we can see how you launch the Client and what happens next. Wait a bit before clicking anywhere.
Provide us more information about your OpenGL version, as shown in THIS article, please.

As mentioned in the ticket:
For your confirmation. We did the following:
- Uninstalled the Nx Witness bundle. (The Nx media server has already been installed)
- Downloaded and installed the Nx Witness client.
- The client has been tested and approved.
- Resets the log level for the server from DEBUG to INFO.
