    Please send us a video of your screen, where we can see how you launch the Client and what happens next. Wait a bit before clicking anywhere.

    Provide us more information about your OpenGL version, as shown in THIS article, please.

    The files provided are the server logs. Please note, there is a separate section in the PAGE for Desktop Client logs:
    The sections are How to change Desktop Client logging level and How to find Desktop Client logs.

    Hi Olaf Wagschal,

    As mentioned in the ticket:

    For your confirmation. We did the following:

    • Uninstalled the Nx Witness bundle. (The Nx media server has already been installed)
    • Downloaded and installed the Nx Witness client.
    • The client has been tested and approved.
    • Resets the log level for the server from DEBUG to INFO.
