Hanwha Analytics Plugin
AnsweredAll of a sudden having issues with the Hanwha AI analytics plugin. I am not receiving any analytics events and am getting plugin errors. See below. I have tried removing the camera from WAVE and adding again as well as factory resetting the device. Nothing seems to work. Anyone see this before?

This didn't occur after a Wave update? Which version of Wave were/are you using?
This issue shouldn't be available in the released version, but was introduced in the monthly patches of December and the issue should be resolved in version 4.2.If you like, you can verify it with the 4.2 Beta version which is available for download at my.networkoptix.com/#/download, tab Beta.
Be aware that the Beta versions are for testing only, and shouldn't be used in a production environment.
