Not able to trigger bookmarks from AI-box from analytics event

Hello Norman,
After installing the Securinet 0.9.9 plugin and rules set up in NX 4.2. Setting up the Ganz ZN-AIBOX4 according to the manufacters manual (specified to Nx Witness) we still face the problem that we cannot create any bookmarks with the analytics events comming from the AI box. The events are being shown as loitering events in the notifications section in Nx Witness (which is correct) but then when we setup a rule to create bookmarks no event will create one. I also tried to do set up an Generic event but unfortunately with the same result. Also when i perform a connection test from the AI box it says: Succesfully and we are receiving a testmessage in Nx witness. Only when i try to do a ROI synchronisation the AI box will give an error saying that the plugin must be updated.

Thank you for the heads-up, great news that you managed to resolve it yourself with:
It is working! I figured out what went wrong, we where ‘looking’ at the camera stream in the Nx Plugin within the AI Box. I changed it to the onvif stream that comes out of the AI box and then it started working!
