Cloud Login Transfer
AnsweredHey there everyone.
So let me explain my scenario first. I used to work for another company and i setup hundreds of systems and used my work email for the cloud login that has all the systems in it.
Now i moved to a new company since the old company cease to exist. So my emails have also been disabled.
I can still login to the cloud account, but my question is how do i migrate all my systems to the new email account? i was thinking of just doing it one by one but from the accounts there are so much shared users that it makes it impossible to do it efficiently.
I know some others like UNV Ezcloud lets you change emails.
How would i do it with a NX product without having to go in each system and set a new owner?

Hi @...,
Currently, you cannot change the e-mail address that belongs to the Nx Cloud owner account or change owners of a system without losing all cloud users connected to the systems.

Since this is 2 years old.. Has this been rectified at all? I am running into the same scenario.

You can make a system ownership transfer now: On cloud portal go to a System > System Administration - > General -> Owner -> change.
Is this helpful?0 -
This still clears all the cloud users though right?

no, it does not. It just changes the system owner.
