Wrong Time Synchronization between NX1 and AXIS P1435-LE

Hi there,

my Camera gets a wrong time from the NX1 although the time is set correctly in the system administration. This causes the Playbacks to be available only some hours later and under the wrong time. My Reseller does not have a clue as well and I haven´t found a similar post in this community. As you can see, I tried to fix this on my own for a long time but didn´t find a solution.

  Hi @...,

  The Nx1 does not sync it's time with the camera, but with the epoch timestamp with correct timezone offset. By default, it is set to Taipei time (UTC+8).

  You can change the timezone in the WebAdmin or via SSH in the device OS.

  If you encounter difficulties, please let us know, and I'll create a support ticket on your behalf, so you can share the login details to the device privately, and I'll change it to the desired timezone for you.

  At this point, we will have to open a support ticket. Just checked the WebAdmin and the time is set correctly there.

  We enabled the option in the camera to sync with the computer and resolved it in this way.
