Network Topology: Camera , client and server all in the same network
Special features: No special features
Reproduction Scenario: error is always present
tested Onvif Device manager , no luck , but other axis camera (Axis M3024) works fine in NX Witness and also no luck in onvif device manager

AXIS cameras are integrated with Nx by VAPIX API v3 or higher(camera fw 5.x or higher). After checking the datasheet of this model, it seems that the latest firmware of AXIS 215 PTZ only works with VAPIX API v2(firmware 4.49)You can add it only as a generic MJPEG-source by RTSP address because it does not even support H264.
