NX1 update from 4.0.0.31274 to 4.1.0.31398

Dear Sirs and Madames,
I want to update an NX1 to the latest Nx Witness version.
It says "OS versions of some components are no longer supported. Please remove them from the System or update their OS to a supported version" - "This OS version is no longer supported".
How is it possible to fix the problem?
Info: the current version is 4.0.0.31274.

  Dear Oleg,

  The latest version that could be used on the Nx1 hardware is version 4.0, to be precise 4.0.0.31274.

  You could deactivatie the license key and install the key on new hardware if you want to upgrade to version 4.1.
