    Dear @...,

    Can you be more specific about the issue you experience, as outlined in THIS support article?
    A screenshot would help, since I don't understand completely what you mean with playback player.

    When you open the desktop client, and the play controls are hidden, you can expand them, when clicking on the arrow in the bottom center of the desktop client.
