"Other data" listed under storage capacity

I have an NX server with 2 iscsi storage, and they are used solely for NX only.
Noticed the number of calender days I have for playback dropped from 30 days to 9 days.

Under Storage Analytics I only see like 6TB usable instead of 30TB, and noticed a large chunk of it belongs to "Other data". Any idea if they are NX related?

  Hi Kevin Chen,

  Here are some items you could check first.

  Could you please provide a list of all the folders under the E:\ and F:\ volumes?
  Are there any other folders or files stored outside the HD Witness Media folder?

  Are the two iSCSI target LUNs located on a NAS?
  If they are, please ensure that the NAS recycle bin function has been disabled for these two storage volumes.

  Hi

  Sorry this took so long.

  I'm using a Synology NAS for the LUN connection. Don't think recycle bin is an option here.
  For folders, I have the following in both drives.

  downloads > updates
  folder named after what i assume is the hardware id > archive | hi_quality | low_quality | SQLITE file
  hi_quality
  low_quality
  TMP file
  NXDB file

  Just to update, it seems to work when I do a re-indexing of my storage.
  Not sure how long this will last though. *fingers crossed
