Bosch cameras stuck on loading in NX after a camera power reset.

Hi,

We're currently running version 5.0.0.35745 on site and are experiencing an issue where if a camera loses power and powers back up, allot of time the camera will be stuck on loading and won't record anything until with do a soft reboot or move it to a different server in the farm.

The camera model is:

Bosch FLEXIDOME IP 3000i IR

Please advice how can we proceed.
