Mobotix Activity Sensor & NX Witness
AnsweredHi. I am using the latest available version of NX Witness with a number of Mobotix M16 cameras running the latest firmware. I want to use the Mobotix Activity Sensor to generate an event in NX Witness but I cannot see how it might be achieved or if it's even possible. Is there a way?

Dear Mark Paton,
I hope this message finds you well. Regarding your inquiry about Mobotix cameras, I'd like to share that my experience with them dates back to my pre-Nx era, and I am not currently up-to-date with their latest features. However, to the best of my recollection, it is possible for the camera to send an HTTP request, which can then be received within Nx Witness as a Generic Event.
To learn more about Generic Events, I recommend checking out THIS support article. Additionally, you can find comprehensive documentation in the server API by visiting the WebAdmin page of each server at the following address:

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
