Change email on profile

We are a distrubutor with an account that several nx systems are linked up to in cloud. Now we are about to change company name and email adresses. Is there a possibility to change email account on a profile in My nx?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we currently do not have an option to migrate user accounts. However, users can create new accounts and manually add them to the system. You may also use our API for this process by referring to the Users section (`/rest/v1/users`) for more information.
To save time, we recommend using our Cloud API to reduce effort when creating new accounts to the various systems. You can find more information on this in our support article HERE.
Regarding transferring ownership, you can easily do so by following these simple steps:- Log in to the Nx Cloud with the owner account
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on General
- Select Change
- Choose the existing user account or enter the email address
- Click on Send Request

I just checked, and the option to change the owner is still in the same spot.
Please note, that you have to be the owner of the system, otherwise the option (change) isn't visible.
