Wave backup installed to Nx?

I have a client with multiple Nx systems and two Wave systems. I am bringing all across to Nx.
Their two wave systems have numerous event triggers (virtual line crossing sending alerts out etc.)
Is it possible to when I am creating the new Nx system, to install the Wave backup to obtain the pre-configured event rules? I understand the Wave licenses are not compatible- the client is purchasing Nx licenses. I am only wanting to grab/use the Wave event rules.
Trying to save the time of writing down/screenshooting the Wave event rules and then manually re-creating them in the new Nx system.
