unable to play rtsp stream in NXclient

Hi,
I'm trying to play the RTSP stream in NX client. However I'm getting the error "No supported media tracks at URL rtsp://xx.xx.xxx.xx:8554/mystream.

However the same transport stream is playing OK in VLC. Can help to advise what could be the incompatibility here.. ? thanks

  Hi @...,

  Thank you for reaching out. If you encounter the notification "No supported media tracks...", it is possible that you are using an unsupported codec.

  To better understand the issue, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the Codec information in VLC? You can find this information by going to the Tools tab, selecting Codec Information, and then navigating to the Codec tab.

  Hi,
  The codec is MPEC-1/2 Video (mpgv),

  video resolution - 1280*720, framerate: 23.976023
  
  Please let me know how to proceed from here . tks

  i changed to .mkv in the simulator setup and it worked. thanks
