Axis Radar - Multiple Zones Fire Multiple Presets

Hi

We have a Axis Radar D2110-VE.  It is associated to a none Axis PTZ.  With this in mind we need to create zone within the radar, which in turn need to fire individual presets on the camera.

In NX the alarm option for motionalarm (generic event from any zone/alarm) works as expected but includes any zone. 

How do we create multiple events within NX to fire different presets defined by the radar zones?

I suspect we may have to use events within the radar and send TCP notifications to NX, if this is the case can you please provide a link of how to configure this.

  Dear Aaron ONeill,

  Thank you for reaching out. After checking the device options, it appears that the only available option for receiving alarms is a generic Motion Alarm. However, if you have the ability to configure HTTP requests per zone, we can receive these requests as a Generic Event in our Rules Engine. In case each zone has a unique Caption, you can call different PTZ presets per Caption as an Action.

  To learn more about the formatting of these HTTP requests, please refer to the support article provided in THIS link and our REST API documentation.

  Please keep in mind that the Axis motion detector may not support Bearer Authentication. Therefore, we recommend creating a separate user with Digest Authentication enabled as explained in THIS support article.
