layout 's res cant be savedAnswered
After created a layout and save the res to low,and assign to (A) account
if i log in with (A) account on the PC i use to modify the layout setting,the res will be low
it works fine
but if i log in with (A) account on my laptop(differnt device),the layout res insted stay low it become auto,laptop or TV wall PC will stuck in 3~5mins and it NX will switch res to low and its all good
what can i do to forced NX only display low res when i pop the layout?

While we investigate a permanent solution, I would like to suggest a temporary workaround. You may open the layout on the different client, adjust the resolution to a lower setting, and then save it under the same name. Although this solution may not be the most elegant, it should help you in the meantime.

I have thoroughly checked the issue with the release version, 220.127.116.11745, as well as the latest available private patch, 18.104.22.168469, but I did not come across any issues with the showreel. However, I am keen to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible.
To investigate the issue further, it would be helpful to know more about the hardware (CPU/RAM) you are using and the operating system. Typically, the CPU should not rise to 100% when running a showreel. It would also be useful to have more details, such as whether you are running the mediaserver application on the client device as well, and if so, whether there are any analytics rules configured.

It's important to note that these settings are local, and they are working as intended. This means that users can open the same layout on a weak notebook or a powerful PC without any issues. However, this doesn't mean that users will need to create layout copies for each of their devices or adjust the resolution settings accordingly.
The same applies to shared layouts. While admins have control over their properties, users can still adjust the resolution settings to fit their individual needs.
If possible, could you please provide us with the previously requested information regarding the hardware that is used? We would like to investigate the issue with the 100% CPU load when running the showreel.

poping layout cause CPU, network usage go 100%,even showreel
i got 17 servers and countless client all in LAN, after my partner update the server to 5.0 by laptop which is using 4G/5G LTE, all the client in LAN cant update to 5.0 client,error shows failed to start compatibility mode,guessing the client cant reach update package form server?
Nx kept showing network issue on one Uniview camera ,the cam hanst installed only testing at server room,and the archive is good,its pretty annoying i get some error log after,the log has been translate by google

issue 1&3 may has been solve, need more time to observe
issue 2 is really a pain in the ass, as i said i got more than 100 clients PC, if i need to update maually it takes to much time,my SI wont be happy, this problem doesnt exist before 5.0,so i think its wasnt caused by firewall or antivirus protection etc.
